How to unfreeze your frozen condense pipe

I know it`s early but after the last couple of bad winters and a forcast of more to come I thought I would put this up to help our customers, if your boiler is downstairs I would suggest keeping an eye on the condense pipe if if runs external, maybe warming it up once a week during spells of freezing cold weather.
